  • 1 everything or plain bagel, sliced and toasted

  • 2 large eggs

  • 2 ounces smoked salmon

  • 1/2 avocado, sliced or mashed

  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Salt and black pepper to taste
