Recipe Instructions:

Prepare the Home Fries:

  1. Cook the Potatoes:

    • Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced potatoes and cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  2. Add Onions and Peppers:

    • Stir in the diced onion and bell peppers. Cook for another 5–7 minutes until the vegetables are softened and the potatoes are golden and crispy.

Cook the Eggs:
